Our Designers work closely with local Mechanical Engineers and Tool Makers, optimizing for Low Cost Manufacturing methods taking products through the development process for final manufacture.

Value Engineering:
Reduction of parts, processes and ultimate Unit costs – Lean Manufacturing Methods are used to ensure maximum value is achieved while maintaining optimum product performance.

Electronic Design:
Software, firmware design, PCB layout, SMT pick and Place components ensure modern manufacturing techniques are used for Innovative and Value Engineered products.

PCB Production:
Schematics, layout and design. Full PCB board stuffing and assembly.

Mechanical Design:
Mechanical drawings on Pro E. & Solid words for seamless CAD CAM data transfer to injection mould tooling.

Toolings:
Low Cost high quality injection mould toolings produced under strict QC control for Export or local manufacture.

Injection Moulding:
Single & Dual injection moulding machines, over mould and insert mould expertise. Large and small shot ratios.

Project Management:
Western management and control procedures – multi disciplinary tasks with strict time to market objectives and QC procedures. Full customer liaison and feed back.

China Manufacturing & Assembly:
Full service Turn Key production, manufacturing and assembly. ISO 9000 - PPAP process control of set up and production process. Final assembly and packaging.

Quality & Production Process Control:.
ISO 9000, PPAP Set up, APQP Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan give you full confidence of manufacturing procedures.

Logistics management:

Manufacturing Services Product Development & Manufacturing

All our factories are ISO9000 rated. This means that they have had to go through internationally recognized quality Audits and Evaluations. All Products Must Conform to the standard AQL Level and IQC and QC procedures. If additional testing and QC procedures are required for a particular product these can be worked to. Before production starts a Pilot Run is done to test the product and production line to agree a Quality Standard that is set by you. Some customers use our Inspection Services or those of a third party such as SGS to inspect goods prior to shipment.
